We are comprised of a team of Certified Athletic Trainers who have branched out from a gym partnership to more heavily invest our time and resources in medical testing, CPR training, and preventative medicine. With more than 25 years of combined experience, we offer CPR training, preventative medicine programs including health coaching for Pre-Diabetics, Diabetics, Weight Loss, and General Wellness, medical testing for body fat analysis, resting metabolic rate, pre-employment strength testing, stress testing, gait analysis, and functional movement screening, and we also provide traditional athletic training services for professional or amateur athletes.

We deliver solutions for human performance, athletic development and achievement, weight loss, and quality of life by arming our professional athletic trainers with the most sophisticated technology available for our clients.

Valerie Lisiecki, MS, LAT, ATC
Valerie is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with 12 years of experience. She started off her career in the traditional setting of collegiate athletics. She spent two years at Rollins College and 1 year at Jacksonville University. Then she worked in a physical therapy clinic in Jacksonville for almost 3 years, before she transferred her skills to the field of occupational athletic training in 2012. She has spent the past 6 years focusing most of her time on chronic disease prevention, ergonomics, and general health and wellness.
Valerie earned her bachelors degree in Athletic Training from The University of North Florida in 2007 and her masters degree in Health Services Administration from The University of Central Florida in 2010. She is a Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Instructor through The American Heart Association (AHA), a Certified Lifestyle Coach through The Centers of Disease Control (CDC), and a Level 2 Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist through The Atlanta Back School.
Charlie Sayles, MA, LAT, ATC
Charlie is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with 10 years of experience. He started off his career in the traditional setting of collegiate athletics. He began working in occupational athletic training in 2016 and has spent a significant amount of his time focusing on chronic disease prevention, ergonomics, and general health and wellness.
Charlie is a Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Instructor through The American Heart Association (AHA) and a Certified Lifestyle Coach through The Centers of Disease Control (CDC).
Daniel Tirado, LAT, ATC, PES
Daniel is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with 5 years of experience. Prior to becoming an ATC, he worked for 2 years as a personal trainer. Since then, he has worked as a physician extender and served in traditional athletic training in the high school setting. Daniel’s passion is with exercise design for injury prevention and personal training.
Daniel earned his bachelors degree in Athletic Training from The University of North Florida in 2013. Daniel is our fitness expert as a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a Certified Lifestyle Coach through The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and a Certified Kinesio Tape Provider.
